How do we ship your rug?

Free shipping is now available throughout the US and Canada.
OLDCARPET ships its Persian rugs and Oriental carpets with UPS ground or FedEx service.
For our US customers, free shipping is available for all states except for the following:
There will be delivery costs when shipping to :
Alaska
Hawaii
Guam
Puerto Rico
US Virgin Islands

We ship only to the billing address on your credit card (please verify your billing address before placing your order for faster service).

If you use a P.O. BOX as your main billing address, call your credit card company and have them include your home address as a secondary address for the card.

At the same time, you may want to go ahead and place your order with us.
You may include the secondary address in the comment area of the shopping cart.

Overseas customer purchasing process::
After selecting the rugs, please contact us by email at: info@oldcarpet.com
OLDCARPET ships Persian rugs to your destination.
OLDCARPET should have the following information:
Full name, full address, city, state, zip code, country, and phone number with full country code.
The above information is required to calculate the cost and time of shipping.
After informing the customer about the total cost of rugs, shipping and insurance; OLDCARPET will provide a business bank account number, for deposit of the total cost (rugs, shipping & handling, and insurance). Persian rugs will be shipping in 48 hours or less after the fund deposit (U.S. dollars money transfer only.)
All Persian rugs will be fully insured to the client’s destination.
The following documents will be emailed to the client’s right after shipping:

1. Proof of Purchase (Paid Invoice)
2. International Fright Documentation.
3. UPS or FedEx Tracking with Insurance.
We are not able to accept any return for rugs sold outside of the United States due to current sanction in the United States against Persian Rugs. All sales are final for overseas customers. Clients are responsible for customs duty rates and clearances in destination country.
