FREE SHIPPING is available throughout the U.S. and Canada.

OLDCARPET ships its Persian rugs and Oriental carpets with UPS ground or FedEx ground service. For our U.S. customers, free shipping is available for all states except for the following: There will be delivery costs when shipping to:
Puerto Rico
US Virgin Islands

We ship only to the billing address on your credit card (please verify your billing address before placing your order for faster service).

If you use a P.O. BOX as your main billing address, call your credit card company and have them include your home address as a secondary address for the card.

At the same time, you may want to go ahead and place your order with us.

You may include the secondary address in the comment area of the shopping cart.

We are using UPS and/or FedEx for all the shipping in the USA, We will send you a tracking number and a links that you can check your shipment. In case of return, Please contact us to issue an RMA number for your rugs. Please make sure you have rug SKU number and your name and address on the package.

If you are within the U.S. or Canada you should have your rugs in 4-6 business days. We ship all the item form our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. The following map show the estimated time delivery for UPS from Santa Ana, California to your address.

After your order is shipped, we will send you a UPS tracking number. You will also receive a UPS link which it shows your order status.

We do NOT ship any rugs to P.O. Box addresses. However, we can ship your rug to APO addresses. APO addresses are considered international shipping and the shipping cost may vary due to the weight and destination of the package. You will receive an email about the shipping cost.

OLDCARPET ships Persian rugs to your destination.
We should have the following information:

Full name
Full address
City, state, zip code, country
Phone number with full country code

The above information is required to calculate the cost and time of the shipping.
After informing the customer about the total cost of the rugs, shipping & handling, and insurance; OLDCARPET will provide a business bank account number for the deposit of the total cost (rugs, shipping & handling, and insurance).
OLDCARPET will ship the rug(s) in 48 hours or less after the fund is deposited (U.S. dollars money transfer only).
All Persian rugs will be fully insured to the client’s destination.
The following documents will be emailed to the client, right after the shipment:

1. Proof of purchase (paid invoice)
2. International freight documentation
3. UPS or FedEx tracking with insurance

We are unable to accept any returns for any rugs that are sold outside of the United States. All international sales are final for overseas customers. Clients are responsible for the customs duty rates and clearances in the destination country.
